The Summit ZX was engineered from a custom orthotic. The shell is thin, semi-rigid and functional. The arch height is set at medium (approximately 17 mm), the post is 3 degree varus, with a 12 mm heel cup depth.
The top cover contains a performance polyester fabric that is designed for extended wear and has an antimicrobial agent in the weave of the material.
The middle layer is genuine Poron from Roger's Corporation. The advantage to Poron is the rebounding of the padding. It does not mush down due to it's memory. We also have a 1/16" heel pad under the Poron for an extra soft feel in the heel.
In addition, we will print the doctor's name and phone number right over the arch to help create a private brand for you office. Our labels come plastic coated and will not wear out.

This is the same orthotic as the full length, offered in a 3/4 cut with the distal edge only 1/8 inch past the shell. This makes it harder to feel the transition from the orthotic to the shoe.

The Summit ZXP is the same as the ZX, only we add 1/16" more Poron cushioning. This makes a fantastic device for control and cushion. The Poron is 3/16" thick, which limits the shoes it can go into, but what a way to walk!

This is the same shell as the ZX only we add a high quality marine grade vinyl for a better than leather look. Contains anti-microbial and water proofing agents for long wear and a clean professional look.

The top cover is attached only at the heel. This allows easy access to the orthotic for accommodations such as met pad placement, cut outs, etc. Included on the top cover is a peel and stick adhesive to attach the top to the orthotic without using glue.

This is a more flexible version of the ZX. Some patients prefer a softer orthotic and this Summit Z works perfectly. This comes in full length and 3/4 length.

Revolution Summit Z 3/4

We start with a popular orthotic shell used by several other companies. Then we add a heel cushion and a thin neoprene cushion. This is a flexible shell with a high arch for support with good shock absorption. We print your name on every pair. Comes in both sulcus and full length.

Revolution Slims 3/4

This is a high quality, inexpensive shell. It is a very thin low profile device that fits any shoe. Designed with flexibility and comfort. Anyone can wear it. No padding so no additional bulk or cost. We can even print your name on the shell.

A Rigid shell with a deep heel cup for extra control. This has a medium arch making it easy to tolerate. The top cover is a thin neoprene cushion for padding. Comes in full length and sulcus.

A low cost rigid shell that is easy to tolerate with a medium arch. High medial flange offers great pronation control.

The Accomodator is designed as a long lasting insole. Made with two durometers of EVA with a woven cloth top. Comes with a peel and stick arch fill for patients that want a more firm arch.

The JM Diabetic insole is a SADMERC approved bi-laminate insole. EVA based, P-Cell top, soft support.

This is a fantastic soft insert. Perfect for fat pad atrophy, arthritis, cushioning, IPK relief. Base layer is a high impact urethane and medical grade poron on the top layer. Can be printed with the doctors name on top.
